Born and rasied in Perth, Melanie joined the Fury in 2006 as the Club's Administrator before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2007. Melanie holds a diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services from Loyalist College. Prior to joining the Fury, Melanie got her start in the soccer business at the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association (EODSA) in 2002 in the role of District Administrator.

As the Director of Operations Melanie works very closely with all Fury programming from the Academy and Youth teams to the PDL and W-League teams. Melanie is responsible for preparing the clubs calendar from training and games to tournaments and camps and addressing all day-to-day operations and logistics of the club and all 20 teams that the Fury is comprised of.

Melanie continues to call Perth her home where she lives with her daughter Maya (a Fury W-League star in the making).
