The Ottawa Fury U15 Boys were the only team at the Score at the Shore tournament to score against PWSI from Virginia, but unfortunately they fell 2-1 in the Championship Final, the second championship final they have reach this season - also finishing as runners-up at FC Delco. "I am extremely please with the boys performance," said U15 Boys head coach Steve Hill. "Playing six games in four days of competition in very hot temperature the boys went 4-0-0 in round robin play."

According to the Chinese calendar 2010 is deemed 'the year of the tiger', but after the year that the Ottawa Fury had 2010 truly was 'the year of the Fury'. From successes on the international scene with teams in France and England to youth players signing professional contacts to the W-League and PDL teams run in the playoffs it was an exciting season for the Fury. 2010 was capped of by the U17 capturing the Super Y-League North American Championship and the Fury Youth Program being ranked #2 in North America. With John Pugh's recent partnership with OSEG and his efforts to bring a professional soccer team to Ottawa 2011 is sure to be another exciting year for soccer in our Nation's Capital!

2009 saw the  U15 Boys finish their SYL season with a 4-3-5 record good for 17 points.  The team and coach Kwesi Loney would highlight their season with a win at the prestigious Robbie Tournament in Toronto - beating Ajax SC 1-0 in the final.

Congratulations go out to the U11 Boys and coach Andrew Gilchrist as well as the U15 boys and coach Kwesi Loney on their victories at the Robbie Tournament held in Toronto, ON this past weekend! 

While lots of hardware was handed out on this evening the most revered award is that of ‘Coach of the Year’. This year’s winner was elected, almost unanimously, by his fellow coaches and for the second straight season Steve Hill was named coach of the year. Hill’s U15 Boys squad posted a perfect 12-0-0 record to win the New England Division and a shot at the North American Championship. Congratulations Steve!
