Congratulations on being selected to attend the 2011 USL Super Y-League Olympic Development Program. 5 players from one team is a big achievement and recognition of the quality and hard work of those players. Their outstanding contributions on the field with Ottawa Fury this season led to the identification as one of the top players in their birth year, and among the top 2% of players in the Super Y-League.
During the regular season players are evaluated during their games by the opposing team coaches for tactical, physical and psychological characteristics that will determine their ability to attend the ODP National Camp. These camps are attended by U.S. National Staff Coaches to identify players for U.S. National Team Programs, as well as many of the nation’s top collegiate coaches.
There is no camp for the 1993 age group however the names of these individuals are sent to over 10,000 collegiate coaches. The ODP National Camps will be taking place at the renowned IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida on the following dates for the boys: February 24 - 27, 2011
