Outdoor Season Kicks Off with Kemptville Residential CampThe annual tradition of the Ottawa Fury Kemptville College Residential Camp is an unofficial kick-off to our outdoor season. The U17 boys will join the other Fury boys teams at the college from Friday April 24th to Sunday April 26th.
Players will stay in the college dorms, and should bring both a sleeping bag and a towel.
With just seven weeks until our first league match, we have a busy weekend planned (following a busy few days in Boston). We have two tough matches as well as two training sessions scheduled. All players are expected to attend. All players are expected to attend. Justin Maheu Selected To Canadian Squad for U17 CONCACAF Championships

Standout Toronto FC Academy forward Justin Maheu has been chosen to represent Canada at the 2009 CONCACAF Men's U17 Championship in Tijuana, Mexico. Canada, which publicly announced the team roster on the 14th of April, included Ottawa Fury youth graduate Maheu as one of five TFC Academy players. The U17's will travel to Mexico this coming Sunday to participate in the tournament which runs until May 2nd. Canada is placed in a group with Honduras, Cuba, and the USA - with the top two teams advancing to the FIFA U17 World Cup 2009 held in Nigeria as well as qualifying for the semi-finals of the CONCACAF championships.

Fait Becomes a Pioneer
Fury Keeper Alex Fait Signs with Sacred Heart University
It is with great pleasure that the Ottawa Fury Soccer Club announces that the 2008 U17 Boys MVP Alex Fait has signed a National Letter of Intent to play Division 1 soccer at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. The long-time Fury goalkeeper was a member of the 2008 OUA Bronze Medal winning Carleton University Ravens Soccer team and will transfer to Sacred Heart this fall where he will major in Business Administration while playing goal for the Pioneers.

U17 Boys to Compete in Annual Carleton U. Tournament

The Ottawa Fury U17 boys will compete his weekend in the Carleton University Indoor Tournament, in a pool that includes Carleton, Ottawa U., Carleton Alumni, and the Fury PDL.
