Canadian Women's National Team Punches Ticket to Olympics
The Canadian Women's National Team are London-bound for the London 2012 Olympic Games after an emotional 3-1 victory over Mexico on Friday night before an electric crowd of 22,954 at BC Place. Canada would come up short in the finals falling 4-0 to top-seeded Americans, but proved they could compete with the best in the world - an achievement that should prove invaluable at this summer's Olympic Games. Kelly Parker find the back of the net.
